This weeks blog is called the B.A.D blog and it is about climate change. When I think about climate change I think about global warming. When I think about global warming I think about the polar ice caps melting, the icebergs melting, and the global temperature rising. Climate change is “bad” because if the polare ice caps and the icebergs and Greenlands ice all melt then there will be a collasal flood that will probably wipe out all of humanity as we know. If the temperature rise a bunch then there could be huge problems because if temperatures get to high then the earth will cause a greenhouse affect because the ozone layer does not let the suns rays back out when they come into earth most of the time and so it will cook all of us alive and thats not a good day for us for sure. But climate change can also cause the earth to have extremely cold winters and possibly an iceage. But the iceage is good for polar bears and penguins. If you think about it, if the earth gets really super warm and the greenhouse affect actually happens, then the oceans will evaporate causing a global crisis if were not all dead already. When all the animals in the ocean die then it will be like the domino affect causing the circle of life to depend on these extinct animals and will also take away probably about 35-40% of all food on earth. That’s not good because when one species dies then another is affected therefore when that species dies off then the other species that relies on that animal will die off. “Domino affect”. Climate change sucks. But in some ways it can be good because it can help the plant and bacteria species survive and thrive like cactuses and moss and I can’t remember the bacteria. If the penguins die off then were screwed because penguins are awesome!

Well hello there, my name is collin and I am a Sophmore in the highschool of Thurston. I am 15 years old and love to play soccer, go snowboarding, play videogames, watch movies, hang with friends, and I’m not so keen about the person who invented school because I dislike going to school. As much as I don’t like going to school I get good grades. About a 3.2-3.5, and when I graduate highschool I will be attending OIT (Oregon Institute of Technology) and majoring in psycology to be in law enforcement. I am a perston that loves animals especially cats (I know as a guy thats weird) and dogs. In my free time I love to play soccer, videogames, chill with my friends, and be with my family. I live in Oregon (obviously) but cannot tell you what city because you might stalk me. I love to travel around the country. I have been to over 30 different states and all on the west side of the U.S. except Nevada. I also love to eat Burger King and I hate to eat McDonalds because McDonalds service and food are crap. Arby’s is pretty awesome also. When I play video games( Gears of War 2) people tend to run away from me because I R8pe at that game. I am top 350 in the world at that game. Yes I do have a life and hardly play games anymore but when I do, you don’t want to be in the same game as me. I have been Snowboarding tons of times, but I cannot say that I’m the greatest. I have been playing soccer since the 5th grade and I’m a goalie. I am not allowed to play because I broke my ankle but I get cleared on September 29th 2009. This is a little information on me, hope you enjoyed reading my bio. My gamer tag on XBOX live is STRIKER TMD. I play COD4,5, and soon to be modern warefare 2. I also play Gears of War 2 and soon to be 3.

When I think of students from different countries, I think of people being different from me. I think that they look different from me and speak a different language than me. I think that they will have different ethnicities than me or have a different religion of me. I think that they will have different interests in their country than we do in our and I think that they will like different sports and athletics than us in America. I hope that the people from around the world will be much different than me because some day I want to learn from them like their cultures, foods, people, background(family), religion, and their land. But in the end most of us are in one big family tree living on the branches of life. Like the Asian’s for example, they look different, act different, and speak a different language than me. Thats what I like to think about. Some day when Im older, I am going to want some random person from another country to come to my house and give me food of that country and just chill with me the entire day and we could talk about our way of life compared to theirs. When Im older I hope to marry someone from France, Sweden, or Brazil because they have like the hottest chicks in the world and that’s what I like!!! America is not that bad either but most of the chicks are foreign. Megan Fox is my babe! I’ll marry her someday.

I choose to do my report on Megan Fox because she deserves to be recognized for her hard work.

If I would want to have a fantasy holliday, I would name the holliday Collin day and it would be on my birthday. This would be my holliday because I would want to be renown through the entire country. I would also like this because people from around the country and possibly the “world” would celebrate my birthday and that would be awesome. On my holliday birthday I would problably hang out with as much people as I could on my big day. I would also donate all my old stuff to charities and keep the new stuff. Yet again I would probably go find homeless people and give them money to help them on their hard time through life. After I would do all these incredibly nice things for people I would probably party hardly because I’m not so much as a party person but I would deffinately promote going to parties on my birthday just for the fun. This holliday would deffinately be a federal holliday where everybody would get the day off to celebrate me. For all of everybody that reads this, I think that I’m a great person. I know that alot of people would laugh at me for this post but as the title says, it’s my fantasy holliday.

If I was to holliday in any country in the world it would be the United States. I would want to holliday in my own home country because I would want to spend that holliday and every holliday with my family and friends. On the holliday I would be with my family because you can never spend enough time with them and it is healthy to be with people that you know and love dearly. Like Christmas, I just stay at my house and be with my family because it is truly special to be with them, I got to open presents, and I got to relax all day with the people that I love so dearly. In this holliday there was really no special part but many. My favorite parts were me being with my family and getting to open presents. I also had a great time on a great day. I love christmas, it truly is the best holliday because you get to be with your family and if you go to school you get to take off like two weeks of school, how awesome is that man? It’s pretty awesome. My second favorite holliday would probably be my birthday. It’s not quite a holliday but it’s in the works.

Some things that interest me in my life is soccer and snowboarding and deffinately MEGAN FOX. I think that soccer is interesting because it is fun and it keeps you well exercised which i really like. Soccer is also great because it is extremely competitive. Snowboarding is kick asss because it is pretty intense and it works your entire body from the inside out. Another thing that I like to do in my spare time is to play video games when I get the chance. I like video games because they are fun and it can get you really worked up if you do something amazing. Video ames keep your heart racing like snowboarding and playing soccer and it is just as competitive on a video game system than it is in real life if not more because when you play you have the option to play people from around the world and kick their asss! I also like hanging out with my friends and family because when I’m sad or just extremely pissed off, my people can calm me down and they are just all around good people to hang out with. I also like to play football with my friends for fun because I like the thrill of making a good play. I like to run a lot because it keeps me in shape and if you do cross country or track it is competitive. If you didn’t realize I’m an extremely competitive person and I like to win a lot!
